The Wheel Of Life

The wheel of life

You may have seen this before or a similar version, every coach I have worked with has used it at some stage.

I believe it’s a great thing to go back to every year or just to look back over when you are a bit overwhelmed or doubting yourself.

I have ones starting back to my very start of personal development and now when I look at them, I see how far I have come.

So let me explain how they work.

I recommend printing one off and putting your name and the date on it. I have yourself somewhere quiet, that you won’t be disturbed.

Then you are going to mark (circle) yourself out of ten in each area of your life. Ten being excellent you are where you want to be and one being you are at rock bottom.

I will help with a couple to get you started, here are a few examples of things to think about;

Let’s start with adventure and fun: how often do you laugh? Do you do things out of your comfort zone?

Finances: do you have money in the bank? Are you in debt? Can you buy what you need? Can you buy what you want?

Personal development, well you’re answering this, so you have a lest started. Do you read PD books? Do you go on training course?

Health and wellness, do you often get sick? Do you take time for yourself? Do you exercise?

These will help you look at what you’re thriving in and what not so much. Then go back over the next few days take a page for each section and write down what you could do to improve one mark in each area.

I offer one-to-one coaching sessions please feel free to reach out and book a session if you feel this could help you.
